Our natural Ethiopian is a light/medium roast that has a tea-like profile. It has hints of peach and floral taste. Great for an interesting home brew!
This coffee comes from the birthplace of the Coffea genus, Ethiopia. Our specific beans come from Shakiso, Guji in the Oromia Region. This area is known for its very fertile soil and traditional method of growing coffee. There are thousands of varietals that grow both in farms and in wild, with ours being a mixture of JARC and landraces. These come from various small producers that funnel into the Sawana Washing Station to be naturally processed by leaving the entire cherry on the coffee bean. This coffee grows at an altitude between 1,800 - 2,200 meters lending to its very fruity and bright cup!
