This is our organic Mexican decaf. The decaffeination process is from the Swiss Water Process company and does not use any harsh chemicals during the process allowing for little loss of flavor.

This specific origin comes from Exportadora de Cafe California. They export coffee from the main Mexican producing sites of Chiapas, Veracruz, Puebla, and Oaxaca. After coffee rust ran its course in Mexico, Por mas cafe came into existence as a program that gave comprehensive service packages to ensure sustainable coffee production and allow for thousands of Mexican producers to continue to produce!
