The moment you step in the door of The Roaster, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee will awaken your senses. The Roaster, located in the old airport (now Choice Aviation), is the hub of Cody Coffee where the roasting action happens. Corners are never cut when it comes to the quality of our food and coffee. We partner with Greybull Valley Produce and Shoshone River Farms along with other local vendors to provide fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Our specials follow the seasons with inspiration from around the world.

 

Soups are made from scratch daily, sandwiches are stacked high, crepes, both sweet and savory are made right before your eyes at The Roaster! Fresh, healthy salads feature quality local produce made to order or grab and go.

 

Cody Coffee boxed lunches are the tour bus director’s favorite for picnics in beautiful Cody, Wyoming parks.

Spacious indoor seating is available, or take a moment to enjoy the Cody, Wyoming sunshine on one of our two patios. Our front patio is complete with scenic views of Carter Mountain and the back patio, located directly on the tarmac of Choice Aviation, is perfect for viewing private airplanes and helicopters. If the timing is right, you may even catch one taking off or landing!
